The Legacy Continues:
Yedunad’s grandson, Radhesham, now owns the kiosk, which has been renamed Jhatka Bhel. Remarkably, even after sixty years, the family business remains solely focused on perfecting the art of bhel puri. According to loyal customers, the taste has remained unchanged, retaining its incredible flavor since the ’50s.

We were enamored by the sweet and spicy symphony of flavors in Jhatka Bhel. The crispy murmura tossed with farsan, imli, and hot green chutney, combined with roughly chopped onions, raw mango, and green chillies, created a delightful medley.
